I can't get my video to play - In most cases this is just a codec issue and can be easily solved. Please refer to our support page for suggested codecs, programs, and video players that should solve most if not all video problems you could be encountering.
I am missing some of my rounds - We do our best to film every rider but we do run across unexpected technical difficulties which result in us missing horses. This is still something that should be emailed in as we may have overlooked a round and can always double check.
Are the rounds purchased based on rider or horse? - We sell all rounds based on rider numbers so it's a seperate order for each rider number, horse, or show.
Do I own the rights to my video footage? - Yes all footage once purchased is free to be used in anyway you choose.
Am I able to purchase rounds from shows in the past? - Yes, we keep everything backed up from past shows. As of now we have footage dating as far back as 2006. Email us with any special orders you would like to receive from previous shows so we can confirm we do have your footage still available.
I placed my order and still haven't received my videos - In some cases we have found that certain email accounts filter our videos and consider it junk mail or block it all together. Please email us immediately so we can resolve this issue for you.
